Genex receives Best Large Outsourced Contact Center Award

Genex Infosys, the top BPO & ITeS (Information Technology Enterprise Solutions) company in the country has been awarded as the `Best Large Contact Center (Outsourced) Rank#2’ in the Asia Pacific Region by Contact Center World. The company received the award at a function in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, recently.

Genex Infosys is a global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices. Genex has also been recognized as The TopPlace2Work across Asia Pacific Region based on the independent surveys carried out by Contact Center World pertaining to employee engagement and employee connections. Now Genex will compete in the World Finals with all the regional champions in London this October.

Managing Director of Genex, Adnan Imam and CEO Prince Mojumder jointly said, “the vision that we had of becoming a global BPO player, is gradually shaping up by us being entrusted by top global brands in varied geographies as their customer experience management and revenue enhancement partner. This recognition from the global association adds more momentum and belief in us making it more big’’.
