FIFOTech joins Global BPO Call Center Alliance

Global BPO Call Center Alliance of the Global BPO Alliance (GBA) is the world’s first and largest call center alliance. GBA is working with the BPO sector in Asia, Europe and South America. FIFOTech, a leading IT company in Bangladesh, has already signed an agreement to work with GBA. Since 2002, FIFOTech has been working with utmost efficiency and reputation to meet the needs of local and international customers in the IT and ITS sector. FIFOTech’s head office is located on the 9th floor of Software Technology Park at Karwan Bazar in Dhaka.

GBA Alliance has been formed to provide uninterrupted service to call center and BPO customers in different parts of the world. Under the agreement with the GBA Alliance, FIFOTech will provide call center and back office services to Bengali customers in Bangla language from Bangladesh living in different parts of the world and Hindi language customers from Kolkata, India.

Currently the alliance companies which have signed to work with GBA are FIFOTech from Bangladesh, Masterpiece Group Inc. of Japan, Beijing 95 TeleWeb Information Company Limited of China, Columbia Outsourcing Solutions SAS of Colombia, Day Three Business Services of Malaysia-SDN BHD, Nexus of Tunisia, Telecom Express of Russia and Ukraine, TDM of Germany, Italian INGO SPA, Nice Call Company Limited of Thailand, Masterpiece Group Company Limited of Myanmar,  Masterpiece Group Company Limited of the Philippines, Multicom of Belgium and INETec and others of Europe. Each of the contracted companies has the experience of working at home and abroad with good reputation. GBA member companies will serve customers in 28 languages through call center and back office services in different parts of the world. 60 percent of the world’s languages are accessible to call centers and BPO services through GBA. GBA authority will arrange work for the member companies according to their needs and language by contacting companies from different countries of the world. As a result, in the future, customers will be able to take the services of BPO and call center from any country in the world through the organizations representing this alliance and the services will be provided by BPO and call center agents. FIFOTech has again started its journey in international level joining GBA alliance.

GBA will create new job opportunities in the call center and BPO sector and will create employment for people. As not to be affiliated with any international alliance before, call center and ICT companies in Bangladesh had not chances to get wok in internationally. But due to the agreement with GBA, FIFOTech will still have the opportunity to work at the international arena. The journey of FIFOTech as a member company of GBA was inaugurated at a Zoom Conference in Dhaka on Thursday (November 5th).

Honorable Telecommunication and ICT Minister Mustafa Jabbar has sent a video greeting message at the Zoom Conference. He said, “I am happy that with the Global BPO Alliance we have got an opportunity to provide BPO services to about 35 crore Bengali speaking people through a company in Bangladesh. I believe that, the journey of FIFOTech will make the BPO sector of Bangladesh more prosperous. Good wishes for the future of GBA and FIFOTech.

Mohammad AbulKhair, Senior Vice President, Bangladesh Association of Call Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO), said, “It is a matter of pride for us that the Bangladeshi organization FIFOTech will work with the International Call Center Alliance-GBA. This will create employment for the youth of Bangladesh.

Abdullah H. Kafi, Chairman of the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization, said, It’s a matter of honor for our country.
